Due to high occupancy demands, the Manor, located on the Prince of Peace Campus, needed to add 30 new lodge suites to the existing building through a new three-storey structure. There are common areas on each floor and a bistro area on the main floor connecting the existing building to the addition. The existing dining room was enlarged to accommodate the additional tenants. Careful phasing and rigorous site safety management were key elements of the project as the existing building was occupied during construction. The Manor addition was completed in 2010.
