This new seniors’ apartment building in Spirit River, Alberta offers an affordable option for local independent seniors. It is a self-contained, independent living building located on the same site as the new Pleasant View Lodge (also a Berry Architecture project). There are 26 units of varying sizes, arranged over four storeys. The building features several amenity areas, including a multi-purpose room for fitness programs, community meals, and special events. It consists of one large space that can be divided into two rooms via an operable wall. There are also common laundry rooms and cozy gathering areas on each floor. The overall site now offers a wide range of housing options for area seniors.
