This stand-alone addition to Pembina Pioneer Haven in Evansburg features 16 independent living units, 2 barrier-free units, a boardroom, a multi-purpose room, a workshop area, and the Pembina Housing Authority Office. Providing independent living units completes the range of housing possibilities offered by the Pembina Housing Authority, enabling PHA to fully serve the housing needs of seniors in the region. The addition to Pembina Pioneer Haven was completed in 2012.
