Diamond Spring Lodge in Redwater needed an expansion and renovation of the existing lodge. The project included demolition of one wing of the existing lodge (13 suites), renovations to the remaining lodge, and a two-storey addition. The addition includes 24 new suites with a mixture of bachelor and one-bedroom units, plus a number of amenity spaces—chapel, hair salon, activity rooms, commercial laundry, assisted bath, scooter storage room, lounge/flex spaces on each floor, and resident laundry rooms on each floor.

The lodge now has a total of 51 suites (27 existing suites remained). Renovations to the existing lodge included installing a sprinkler system, restoring an existing suite, converting the current hair salon into a reception office, enlarging the resident laundry room, and enlarging the staff room. The new exterior complements the finishes of the existing building. This was a Design-Build project with Krawford Construction. Diamond Spring Lodge was completed in January, 2020.
