This project is a new multi-family housing development located in West Kelowna, BC. Westbrook North (Phase 2) features three four-storey buildings. The three buildings provide 288 units, with 16 bachelor, 32 one-bedroom, 192 two-bedroom, and 48 three-bedroom units. There is underground parking under all the residential buildings. This project shares its amenity spaces with Westbrook South (Phase 1) which include a community building with gym, community garden, dog run, and tennis courts.

The buildings have been certified as meeting BC Energy Code Step 4 requirements and have obtained a Net Zero standard. We were so pleased to work with Highstreet Ventures on this vital multi-family development.
