This new multi-family housing project is located on Citygate Boulevard in Langford, BC. The six-storey building provides 132 units, with 36 one-bedroom, 84 two-bedroom, and 12 three-bedroom units. There is an underground parkade, and amenity spaces include a community room and gym on the third and fourth floors, a dog run, and a community garden.

The building has been certified as meeting BC Energy Code Step 4 requirements. It was great to work with Highstreet Ventures to provide much-needed multi-family housing in this region.
