Oxford Bay is a 165 unit apartment condominium development with a lakeside location. The 3.5 acre site allowed us to design a unique X-shaped building which maximizes site use and view opportunities. The project included a variety of suite sizes and layouts, a full underground parkade, games room, fitness room, and social room.
