Berry Architecture is working on Phase 1 of a new multi-family housing project in Comox, BC which features three buildings comprised of four-storeys each. The complex provides 199 units, with 63 bachelor suites, 48 one-bedroom, and 88 two-bedroom units. Of the two-bedroom units, 24 are adaptable to be accessible/barrier-free. There is underground parking under each building, and amenity spaces include a community building, community garden, and dog run.

All buildings are planned to meet BC Energy Code Step 4 requirements. We are so pleased to be working with Highstreet Ventures on this project.
