This project entails the conversion of a hotel tower into apartments in a downtown Red Deer, AB location. The second to seventh floors will house the new apartments, while the main floor lobby and amenity spaces, including banquet facilities, fitness room, and washrooms will be modernized as well. There are 109 bachelor units, with high-grade finishes and new kitchenettes in all suites. The building exterior will be modernized during the renovation with new stucco, paint, and LED lighting.

The project will be completed in phases, with Phase 1 comprised of floors one through three and Phase 2, floors four to seven. The project is currently in Phase 2.
