This affordable housing project entailed the conversion of a hotel tower into small-scale apartments in a downtown Red Deer, Alberta location. The second to seventh floors of the tower block house the new apartments, while the main floor lobby and amenity spaces, including banquet facilities, fitness room, and washrooms have been modernized as well. There are 109 bachelor units, with high-grade finishes and new kitchenettes in all suites. The building exterior was also modernized during the renovations with new stucco, paint, and LED lighting.

The project was completed in phases, with Phase 1 comprised of floors one through three and Phase 2, floors four to seven.
