Berry Architecture is working on the design of a new Industrial Bay project in West Kelowna, BC. The project aims to provide 12 bays, with mezzanine space above for a variety of clientele. The building will add a vibrant new look to the area, with an attractive and colourful facade, and the industrial park meets a new precedent for the form and character of industrial buildings.

Bay sizes will vary depending on the building type, and occupancies will include various potential industrial usages, such as contracting companies, auto maintenance companies, industrial storage, and manufacturing. Office space will be mainly provided by the mezzanines, and plumbing is to be roughed-in until ready for specific tenant fit-ups.
