This project is a new Public Works building for the Town of Princeton, BC. The new facility accommodates the repair and maintenance of the Town’s industrial and commercial fleet. It has a total area of 910 m2 and consists of a shop space, with adjacent administration, personnel, and service areas located within the same volume. The building system is a pre-engineered metal building, containing the large shop plus an interior two-level space which accommodates administration and service spaces along the north and west sides of the shop. The maintenance repair shop, tool storage, fuel and forklift storage, offices, washrooms, and staff room are located on the main floor, with a mezzanine floor which is used primarily for open storage as well as enclosed mechanical and IT rooms.
