This project was a new construction drilling shop and offices in Cranbrook, BC. There is a large automotive shop, plus two smaller bays consisting of a warehouse bay and a Commercial Retail Unit. The two-storey office portion has an open foyer and reception, with two offices and a break room on the main floor, while the second floor contains three more offices, a board room, and storage. Berry Architecture provided a review of the schematic design provided by the client, building permit drawings, and construction administration services.
