Big Horn Fire Hall

This new-construction Fire Hall for the Stoney Nakoda Nation is now a key component of the Nation’s Emergency Management Service. It is located just south of the existing Ta’ Otha Community School on the Big Horn Reserve, west of Rocky Mountain House.

The facility houses fire-fighting capabilities and includes two drive-through apparatus bays, decontamination room, duty gear cleaning, turnout gear storage, change room, training room, office, and ancillary spaces. The project was completed in April, 2024.
