The Sunnybrook South Commercial Plaza in Red Deer, Alberta is a large commercial retail development that houses the Ing & McKee Insurance building and five Commercial Retail Unit (CRU) buildings. The plaza is home to a variety of local businesses including a registry office, floral design business, home interior/decor store, bridal boutique, pet health food store, hair salon, dentist office, pharmacy, eye care centre, physiotherapy practice, chiropractic practice, clothing store, gas station/convenience store, and Starbucks coffee shop.

Berry Architecture, as Prime Consultant for this multi-building development, led and coordinated an experienced consulting team. The project utilized a Design-Build delivery method with Tricon Developments. The project took place over four phases, and all buildings were complete as of the fall of 2023.
