Berry Architecture was responsible for tenant improvements to the new commercial flooring enterprise, Strong Roots, in an existing commercial bay which was recently constructed in the Dilworth-Enterprise neighbourhood of Kelowna, BC. The new two-level unit was created by joining two adjacent base building units for a total area of 414 sqm. The new unit includes an accessible mercantile showroom, warehouse/shop space for the storage and preparation of products, and office facilities for daily business operations. The project features a barrier-free design within the new staff room and washroom on the main floor, as well as additional facilities on the upper level.
