This project entailed the new construction of a Recreational Vehicle Dealership in Cranbrook, BC. Runners RV encompasses 17,400 ft² and features a large showroom, five service bays, a parts and service shop, and office spaces. The sales office is located on the main floor, with administration and executive offices located on the second floor. The large site accommodates hundreds of RVs and holiday trailers, maximizing customer choice and satisfaction. There is also an RV storage compound on-site for storing in the off-season.

For this project, we utilized ICF walls—a system which provides superior building envelope technology compared to pre-engineered steel buildings. Using this technology also sped up the construction time considerably. Runners RV is located on McPhee Road and was completed in May 2023.
