This new Co-op Food Store in Vermilion, Alberta was completed in 2015. Berry Architecture’s role was Prime Consultant for the project. We were responsible for providing technical services, coordination, project management, and construction administration services to meet the requirements of a 32,134 sq. ft. store. The building also includes a raised mezzanine of 2,128 sq. ft. which houses the mechanical systems and provides an administration area.
