32nd Street Crossing is a new 20-bay commercial strip mall in Red Deer, Alberta. The design has a strong visual impact with acrylic stucco, cultured stone, saturated colours, and metal accents. The hockey stick-shaped structure has a combination of single-storey and two-storey spaces for flexibility of tenant usages and aesthetic appeal. The interior layouts are tailored to tenant-specific requirements.

In this project, we overcame many challenges including zoning amendments, traffic right of way restrictions, and meeting the requirements of a traffic impact study.
