This project is the first multi-family apartment building in Sparwood designed to meet the requirements of the BC Energy Step Code. It is a second phase extension of the existing 30-unit apartment building constructed in 2012. The extension consists of 21 new two and three-bedroom suites, as well as surface parking stalls complete with electric vehicle charging stations.
The architectural style and material selection is based on the existing Phase 1 of the building with necessary upgrades to meet energy efficiency requirements of the Energy Step Code.
