Oxford Bay Development

Oxford Bay is a 165-unit apartment condominium development with a lakeside location. This 3.5 acre site allowed us to design a unique X-shaped building which maximizes site use and view opportunities. The project includes a variety of suite sizes and lay-outs, plus a full parkade, games room, fitness room, and social room.
