Castle Ford Dealership

This project was a conversion of the former UFA building in Pincher Creek, Alberta into a new Ford Dealership, following the latest Ford Canada Signature Design Criteria standards. The shell of the existing building and the parking lot were re-used, thereby bringing some different features to the current Ford Canada design guidelines in keeping with National and Provincial Building Code standards.

The project was a Design-Build construction method for the renovation and expansion of the existing space, including new window storefronts; renovation of the existing mezzanine to a second floor, providing all required fire separations; new finishes; addition of a small service bay (approx. 100 m²); and upgrade of existing lighting to new LED light fixtures throughout the complex. The new dealership features a generous showroom, waiting area with coffee bar, bullpen (compact showroom), purchase rooms, offices, administration space, retail parts department, staff room/lunch room, large service bay, small service bay with drive-through, storage room, washrooms, and parking lot/show space.
