Affordable Rentals Housing Development

This conceptual design was for a multi-unit affordable rental housing development consisting of a 30-unit apartment building and eight townhouses. The site is conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Kimberley, BC. There is a mix of unit sizes ranging from studio apartments to three-bedroom townhouses. The building plans were created with the intention to allow both conventional and modular construction methods.

This development will bring new affordable rental housing options for the residents of Kimberley and visitors to the area.
