To accommodate more programs, the existing CSS building will be demolished to construct a new 3 storey office building on the existing foundation. This striking and functional office building will include the following features:

Family counseling services
Common meeting areas
Wellness area in basement
Offices on second and third floors
400 m. sq. of green roof terrace

This project involved planning and relocation of departments during construction along with swing considerations to accommodate for future growth of the company.
Construction of this project will begin June 2011 and is expected to be completed in August 2012. During this time period the staff of Catholic Social Services will move to a temporary home of which Berry Architecture provided space planning, renovation drawings, budgets and moving coordination consultation.
