RED DEER, ALBERTA

32nd Street Crossing is a new 20-bay commercial strip mall currently in the construction phase. The design has a strong visual impact with acrylic stucco, cultured stone and metal accents. The hockey stick shaped structure will have a combination of single storey and two storey sections with interior layouts tailored to specific tenant requirements.

We overcame challenges presented by the City, such as: zoning, right of way and met the requirements for a traffic impact study. This project also allowed the team to gain deep insight on marketable components and what is appealing to consumers.
